Refund Eligibility
We want you to be completely satisfied with our cultural consultation services. Refunds may be requested under the following circumstances:
- Consultation was cancelled by IndiaEtiquette
- Technical issues prevented service delivery
- Service did not meet the agreed-upon specifications
- Request made within 48 hours of booking (before consultation begins)
Refund Timeline
Refund requests must be submitted within:
- 48 hours of booking - full refund available
- 24 hours before consultation - 50% refund available
- Less than 24 hours - no refund (unless service provider cancelled)
Non-Refundable Services
The following are not eligible for refunds:
- Completed consultation sessions
- Digital materials and resources already provided
- Cancellations made less than 24 hours before scheduled consultation
- No-show appointments
Refund Process
To request a refund:
- Contact our support team at refunds@indiaetiquette.com
- Provide your booking reference number
- State the reason for your refund request
- Allow 7-10 business days for processing
Processing Time
Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days and returned to the original payment method. Bank processing times may vary.
Rescheduling Policy
We understand that schedules change. You may reschedule your consultation up to 24 hours in advance at no additional cost. This is often preferable to cancellation.
